I received notice of a copyright claim to Google against my blog on March 31, 2025, stating that:
“Google has been notified that your site allegedly infringes upon the copyrights of others, and violates applicable copyright laws in your region.’
Further, the claim states:
“This is a malicious and ficticious article. The person is using my name & images. I don’t know who this site owner is. It seems to be a case of mistaken identity”
“Here are the affected URL(s):”
https://alanzosblog.com/marisa-sigmond-threatens-me-with-violence-a-second-time/
If you click on the link above, you will see that Marisa Sigmond’s violent threats to me are factually reported, and backed up with screenshots from the post she publicly wrote them in on her Youtube Community Posts page.
Here, once again is Marisa Sigmond’s violent threat to me:
“Ex Scientologists do not know how to fight me. Because I don’t fight Scientology style. I fight “I am going to drop you to your knees” style. Which is “WOG Style”
“Muy Thai & Capoeira predominantly contribute to my ability to do so. I have been practicing both for years. ”
“I will easily take that bacon grease which Fellatianzo calls his “Thyroid” and stuff it up his pork rind bung-hole.“
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) allows for fair use reporting of another’s words, especially when transmitted in public, and especially when those words are violent threats.
In fact, violent threats can’t be copyrighted.
Also, you can see that Marisa Sigmond’s image for which she appears to be claiming copyright protection, is publicly displayed on the front page of Marisa Sigmond’s youtube channel.
I occasionally check Marisa Sigmond’s Community Posts tab to see if her violent threats against me are still up. If you’ve ever had anyone threaten you with violence in the way that Marisa Sigmond has repeatedly threatened me, you’ll understand why that might be.
As of a month or so ago, her threats against me were still up on her Community Posts page.
After receiving this copyright claim from Google, however, I checked her post again and found that her post containing these violent threats had been deleted.
So in filing this copyright claim with Google, it appears that Marisa Sigmond first deleted the post which contained those threats, then filed the copyright claim – with apparently false statements – to try to get the links to my blog post deleted from Google search results.
She didn’t simply contact me and say, “Hey, I’ve finally deleted my violent threats against you, can you please delete your articles documenting them?”
Did Marisa Sigmond Make False Statements in Her Copyright Claim to Google?
“This is a malicious and ficticious [sic] article. The person is using my name & images. I don’t know who this site owner is. It seems to be a case of mistaken identity”
This is not a malicious and fictitious article. It is true and factual reporting of events, with all evidence provided.
Additionally, Marisa Sigmond has been accused of violent threats against another Scientology critic which I detail in this post called “Did Marisa Sigmond Threaten to Kill Chris Elston?“
Marisa has claimed in multiple public interviews that Chris Elston “sent this email to himself”. But Chris Elston says he reported this to the Canadian Mounted Police, and, apparently, he was not charged with filing a false police report. His Twitter thread detailing these alleged threats, which he claims came from Marisa Sigmond, is still up on Twitter.
So, as you can see, documenting Marisa Sigmond’s apparent and controversial history of violent threats serves the public good.
Further, my blog post is clearly presented for educational purposes and without commercial consideration thus complying with the DMCA’s provisions under “fair use”.
More Apparent False Statements in Marisa Sigmond’s Copyright Claim to Google
It is also false that this is a case of mistaken identity.
Her claim that “I do not know who this site owner is.” is an easily proven lie, which hundreds of people can testify to as false. Here is just one screenshot from Marisa’s community post that proves this statement false. There are many others.
The link to this community post is here. It was still up as of this morning. See if she deletes it now.

I have proof of dozens of abusive posts like this on Marisa Sigmond’s Youtube Community page, all providing the evidence necessary to dispute her claim when she says “I don’t know who this site owner is.”
Making false statements in a copyright claim to Google can fall under their abusive claimant policy.
This copyright claim should be retracted.
